The Branch Drying and Carbonization Production Line was Put into Operation in Shenzhen

   Recently, the branch drying and carbonization production line constructed by Zhengzhou Jiutian was successfully put into operation in Shenzhen, marking an important step towards sustainable waste management and environmentally friendly resource utilization. The project aims to convert branches and other green waste into carbonized materials and use them for various purposes.

  The production line uses advanced drying and carbonization technology to ensure that branches and organic residues are treated with efficient high temperature. First, the branches are crushed and enter the biomass dryer to reduce the moisture content to less than 15%. The drying stage ensures that the raw materials reach the optimal moisture content, making the carbonization process more energy-efficient and reducing emissions during processing. During the carbonization process, organic materials are heated in a controlled oxygen-free environment to convert them into charcoal-like carbon materials.

  Such a biomass drying and carbonization production line provides Shenzhen with a sustainable disposal and reuse solution, reducing the impact of green waste on the environment.
